Valentines Day!

Bridge and I had a great Valentines day! The Boys woke up to a nice little goodie basket! And that morning I ask bridge so do we have plans for tonight and he's says umm I tried to get reservations but I called to late let's celebrate another day. I was so mad
I call him at work and we get in his argument how he Nevers plans ahead and he doesn't make me feel special blah blah I was so mad at him. Then an hour later he texted me saying I tricked you good best friend be ready at five! I was so confused and said your joking and he said I'm really not so that little stinker tricked me and had plans all along! My parents came to visit me during the day and gave my a very sweet card and a box of chocolates. And later that night bridge came home from work with very pretty roses and a box of chocolate covered strawberries my fav! And he even called the babysitter usually I always have to do that. The he took me to Christopher's steak house for dinner it was a very nice night by babe did a good job! Love you babe!

Follow up!

So sorry I never updated you on my mini stroke incident!
I went to see the neurologist and good news after a very boring hour and a half of the nerdiest doctor ever. Basically I had a migraine! Good news right way better than a stroke. After they looked over all my symptoms again and my MRI they ruled out TIA.
So I guess the extra estrogen in my body from being pregnant activated the migraine gene in the body. Who new that can happen but supposedly it does. So all they symptoms looked like a stoke but they are also symptoms of a migraine I just had a really really bad one and they say I can get them again but It hasn't happened and I hope it stays that way. I was like really a migraine can make you blind, numb, and not able to speak! And the doc I swear was annoyed with me he's like yes that's a migraine so I guess it's good news!

Lincoln got tubes!

Poor little linc has had ear ache after ear ache this year so we got his ears checked and he had fluid in both ears so the doctor said we should probably put tubes in his ears. So that's just what we did. He was so good wasn't even scared just left with the doctors to head into surgery not even taking a second glance at mom and dad before he went in. When he came out of surgery he was pretty loopy so the doctor said he would probably be like that all day but nope right when we got home he was wired all day long never took a nap and went to bed late! That little stink wore me out. But he seems to have started talking way more ever since. the doctor said with that fluid in there ears it can make stuff sound like he'd under water so I think he can hear lots better and he repeats me all the time and says so many words I can't even count. He just keeps growing up on me. I love my little boy more than words can describe!

The day I had a stroke!!!

Last night something really scarry happened to me! Nothing like this had ever happened to be before and it's really rare for my age anyway! Well as in my last few post I announced I was expecting and every thing was going great till about six weeks I started to show all the yucky pregnancy pregnancy problems. I've been ache like all day every day just taking Tylenol all the time to function ive been supper tired like crazy mono tired and this time around with a two year old im sure you can imagine. So I also have been crazy nauseous and throwing up at night wired huh I get more sick at night it's great I know! So I've just been hanging in there my family is amazing. So last week I went to my first baby appointment at nine weeks and every thing looked great and I went home then a week later last night I put Lincoln to bed I was done bridge didn't get home from work till after eight thirty when he was asleep. I just had the worst head ache so I was just laying low I remember Bridger complaining about dinner, it was Mac and cheese and broccoli ha ha but that's what Lincoln ate and I was not cooking anymore than that. ha ha any way we just started watching the debate together and after a little my head ache just kept getting worse i had a migraine so I didn't even want to get up and get my self medicine so I kept asking bridge to go get me some and I was waiting patiently I was super tired so just curled up in a ball and I started noticing my right side of my mouth was going numb! I was thinking that's weird then it moved up my cheek so I thought maybe a need to get up and get some circulation so I get up and I yell bridge get me Tylenol now! He got me some and rushes over I take it and now my whole right side of my face is completely numb! I start freaking out I can't even see out of my right eye so i am now panicking! I start crying and screaming bridge was freaking out now saying what's wrong? I couldnt get my words out I was saying my whole right Side is numb and a cant see! He instantly is like I'm going to call the ambulance I'm like no no don't that is so embarrassing so he tells me hurry get dressing so I'm trying to get dressed cause I was in my robe ready for bed. So I already am having a hard time finding clothes like my mind wasn't working right, but I'm getting dressed and he comes in, what's taking so long? I like couldn't get my pants buttoned or zipped cause my numbness had moved down to my arm and right hand. But bridge helps me puts me in the car and we start flying to the ER! Bridge had our neighbor come stay at our house with lincoln while we left till grandma mindy came and got him. So in the car I'm just trying to stay calm but I wasn't doing a good job I was just crying. The numbness started spreading down my body down my leg I remember just not being able to move my right hand at all it looked like it was crippled! So we run in the ER and. They get me in saying, possible stroke! I was like what who gets a stroke at 24! But now the numbness is traveling to different spots in my body like to the left side now, then to my thigh then to my foot then back to my face. It was the scarriesed thing I have ever been apart of cause I'm just thinking the worst you know like it may be permanent. So they get me in a bed and start taking my blood bridge kept saying to the nurse where is the doctor do you really need to do that! He was so worried for me. Then she starts asking me all these questions and this is the scariest part! I couldn't answer it was like I was answering in my head but the words wouldnt come out she kept asking me have you been sick lately and I just remember trying so hard to tell her I'm pregnant and I've just been sick from that but It wouldn't come out bridge said I was slurring my words and kept saying thing that didn't make sense. Like I was saying foot instead of stomach like a was switching words it was so freaky. Bridge was seriously looking at me like I was going crazy he was so upset I could see it in his face. So later my parents come and my father Inlaw came and they gave me a blessing and shortly after that I started coming around I could talk better and the numbness way slowly going away. So it pretty much was going away they took me to get a MRI done and a couple other tests. Long story shorter I'm fine now, I guess I had a mini stroke scarriest thing ever. I know I kept saying it but it was! So they sent me to the obgyn this morning to check the baby and everything there looks great. The Dr. I saw there thinks that the mini stroke was related to my pregnancy but he wants me to go to a neurologist to take a look and see if they can find anything weird I guess we will see I'll see that doctor this coming week so I'll let ya know what he tells me. Thanks so much to all my friends and family who have been there for me I really have the best support group I feel so blessed. Especially my cute husband he was so sweet and concerned about me I know he would do anything for me. When I look back at it now the next day ha ha. I sometimes want to cry when I here bridge telling people about it cause it takes me back where I was so terrified and other times I start to laugh cause I think how crazy and hysterical I got and how I couldn't speak and I can only do that because I'm ok now.

Matt and Mindy couldn't come to his party on his birthday so we went to Robintinos for his little birthday dinner. But don't let his little angel face fool you Lincoln he has turned into crazy emotional high tempered little boy who I'm really worried about that he has stared to kinda bully other little kids, he hates sharing, and he hits me now!!! I guess this means I'm in the terrible two's

Lincoln on Christmas morning! I wish I took a video of him running to his presents it was to cute he was so surprised! We had such an awesome Christmas we are so blessed. Bridge surprised me with a new iPhone 4 which was a big surprise cause Ive always wanted on but Ive had t mobile so he canceled my contract on signed me up with sprint. Then he got me a super cute I pad cover and a bunch of little stuff I also got spoiled from both our parents! I got a new sewing machine and bridge got a awesome tool chest and all sorts of stuff. I mostly got bridge new dress clothes cause now with his new job he has to look sharp every day!

Lincolns turned two!! Last year I went all out for his birthday so this year I just kept it simple we went shopping got him a cool I pad by leap frog for him to play with and then we went to Daddy's work to go out to lunch. We went to chick fl la Lincolns choice of course! Then later that night we had grandparents over and the Noriega's for cake and ice cream. Lincoln loved blowing out his candles and opening all his other gifts from the family.

Thomas Family Update!

I do not know why but I have been dreading updating my blog!! Tonight I don't have any shows to watch or a books that I'm way into! Christmas is put away so I have no more excuses. I just finished some really great books the Clockwork Prince by Cassandra Clare there are two of them so far I can't even wait till the next comes out, I read everything by that author her stuff is so good! Then my friend Marcie just told me to read Divergent and I could not put it down it was really good and a sequel in coming out in the spring ahh so exciting!

Life just keeps coming at us so crazy fast! Bridge and I went on his company cruise with Silver line! It was soo much fun we had a blast. And a bunch of stories to go along with it.

We went to Grand Cayman, Jamaica, and Bahamas! I miss it! It was seriously such a needed vacation. Crazy Story we went to go swimming with the sting rays in Grand Cayman and long story short we had to go snorkeling before because sting ray city was to crowded so we were snorkeling and Bridger floated way far away from the boat so when everyone was done we went to go get him and his friend that didn't have a life jacket so he was sharing with bridge, they don't make you where jackets of course. Any way when we were about to get him when we saw a man still in the water snorkeling he had goggles on but no life jacket and mind you it was very choppy that day that's why bridge couldn't swim back to the boat! So we start yelling at the guy to get in the boat that we were done snorkeling, No response, I started to notice details about the guy that he was balding and looked elderly, I think all of us in the boat realized about the same time that something was seriously wrong so a few of our guys jumped in the water to grab him and get him in the boat and luckily one of our friends on the boat was a nurse and started doing CPR by this time Bridge and his friend swam and climbed up onto the boat and Bridge started helping do CPR on the guy, it was all so sereall we had been doing it for awhile when another boat came by and said whats going on and we said are you guys missing someone and this lady comes up all emotional saying yes I'm missing someone!!! and sure enough the guy we had was her friend and his wife we later found out never left the cruise line that day, So to cut the story short the man never did come back, and I don't know how he died whether he had a heat attack, drowned or something but he died out there and didn't have a life jacket on and the boat he was with didint even no he was missing till we found him he was 71 years old. it was a very sad thing to whiteness, so people be so careful when you leave America your not same and always do the buddy system, I cant help but wonder if things could have been different if his wife had been there watching out for him.

On another note the rest of the trip was amazing Bridge and I were on the Love And Marriage Game show it was so funny! We went dancing in the dungeon almost every night! Ha ha it was allot of fun.

Lincoln turned two years old! Can you believe it my baby just keeps on growing he seriously is the joy of my life!! and I have good news Bridge and I are expecting! I'm pregnant estimated due date August 16 2012!!!!!! And I have been sick not fun I think Im a little over seven weeks along and Im sick right now I get more sick at night ugh.

I hope this part ends soon people keep telling me its cause Im going to have a girl cause I was realry sick with Linc but we will see.

Halloween!!!

Lincoln with Grandma And Grampa Thomas

Life has been sweet and simple for the Thomas family. Lincoln just keeps growing and is the joy in our lives! He's just so dang cute. Lately when we are driving and he sees a big white truck he points and says daddy daddy!!!! Bridger drives a White tundra so obviously every white truck would be dads! Linc is a boy of not many words he's very smart and understands most of everything you say, but doesn't talk much. I should enjoy it while it lats huh? He little by little says more and more but Its so adorable when he does say the words he knows Like my My mom was out with him and he was chasing our neighbors cat saying " Hey Meow' Hey Meow", and he defiantly knows how to say "no!" That kid has a mind of his own, its so cute watching his personality come out but at the same time so hard. He will throw temper tantrums like no other if he doesn't want to get dressed or come inside or get out of the bath tube or the latest he wanted to bring his blanket in the bath with him and I wouldn't let him for obvious reasons we freaks out. He can definitely kick and scream. This has been a challenge knowing when to not give in and discipline him.

Bridge and I both had our birthdays this month Crazy bridge is now 27 and I'm 24 ahh really!!

He both had very nice birthdays. For Bridge I took him to toucanos for dinner then bowling and then came back to our place for a surprise party with a bunch of his Friends!! then for my birthday bridge is so funny it was pretty low key we celebrated it on sat cause my real birthday was on Sunday but he kept saying he wanted to take me to play tennis but he couldn't cause Of my surgery. ( I had some melanoma taken out of my leg crazy huh! but I should be good to go now.) so later that night he took me to happy sumo for din din with some friends of ours the Stangers and then we were going to go to a movie cause I love movies but I got so sick!! ugh Something I ate there did not sit well I'm starting to think in allergic to scallops? who knows but I had my babes to comfort me all night and he got me some pretty awesome new Tennis shoes and warm athletic shirt. Thanks Honey.

Sunday My Family had birthdya party for me and the week before Bridges had one for the both of us! Were so lucky to have such awesome familes that love us.
