My little trouble maker

Lincoln is definitely in his terrible two's. He still is my sweet little boy, he just has a lot more temper tantrums and mood swings.
We had a lot of fun the other day I took linc to the state fair. Bridge was sick a so Auntie Emma came with us! He had his first experience with the rides and games at the fair and Emma and I one linc two fish at one of the booths! So know we have two gold fish named Mickey and Minnie. Linc had a blast. I usually don't care for that kind of stuff but it was so fun taking linc and watching him experience it all for the first time.

Baby Wynn is finally here! And I couldn't be more in love with this little guy. I have to admit I was a little worried. I kept thinking how am I ever going to love another baby as much as I love Lincoln! And everyone told me you just do and it is so true from the moment I saw him. I know it sounds cheesy but I feel like my heart just got bigger and I couldn't imagine my life without him. He is such a sweet little spirit. I feel so blessed to be his mommy. I know bridge feels the same way he would joke before Wynn was born that he's more excited to hangout with Linc that's babies aren't that much fun. But once Wynn came he just want to hold him all day. You forget what a sweet stage this is and I find myself enjoying it more this time cause I know how fast it goes. My family has been so much help since I had Winston. Mindy took Linc the first few days them my mom took Linc to bear lake with them for the weekend so bridge and I had such a nice peaceful time with baby. And then Linc came home and the stress level went from 0 to 10 the second he walked in the door lets just say its been an adjustment for poor Lincoln. He's acting out. wanting me to hold him and temper tantrums but . He's loves his baby brother it's been so fun seeing him hold him and want to play with him. I'm just trying to bake sure he doesn't accidentally kill Wynn. When Linc saw Wynn for the first time in the hospital Linc was sitting by me and Bridge went to take Wynn from me and Linc started yelling daddy no thats mommies baby!
The first day bridge went back to work I had a beak down I had a couple dr appointments I had to go to and so I was trying to get ready then linc wouldn't leave Wynn alone getting in the crib with him and putting blankets on top of him saying mommy he's hiding! Ahh it was so stressful and then he locks my door and the hall bathroom door and the keys are in my room so I just break down crying thinking how am I going to get ready and go to my dr appointments and take two kids! So I start crying and just can't stop. I was scaring Lincoln he was about to start crying. So I call my mom and tell her linc locked the doors and I'm crying so hard I tell her I can't talk and just hang up. Then I call bridge I can barley talk and he call the neighbor Jerry who in retired to come help me open the doors and no joke he came a minute later and I'm so embarrassed I couldn't stop crying at this point I'm like I'm so sorry I don't even know why I'm crying I'm just so emotional! He was very sweet and got the doors open but I'm still mortified he saw me like that. So then my mom and grandma show up at my door and I start crying again! It was ridiculous. But I'm so glad they did show up they said the way I was asking was normal. And they were there to help. So I got ready my mon help me clean up my house grandma stayed at the house so linc could take a nap and my mom went with me to my dr. Appointments and then we had newborn pictures of Wynn taken so it was a stressful day. linc has been a little difficult but I'm so grateful for my amazing family and neighbors. And I feel so bad about the melt down but it just felt good to cry!
My delivery went amazing we got to the hospital and I loved my nurse Mary ann. She was awesome my epidural was not fun but way worth it! And I went really fast they started me at about 9am then I had him at 1:30 pm that day! My mom and grandma and sisters that wanted to see the birth all missed it cause I went from a 4 to a10 in like an hour. But it was so special with just bridge and I. My mom and everyone got there right after he came out! This delivery was was better! Winston was just a little guy at 6lbs and 9oz and 20 inches long. And he looks so much like his daddy and big brother but he definitely has my hair he has lots of brown hair like his mommy did.

Bug bit me

Linc got his first bee sting tonight! We were at my sister Trisha's house for family get-together. Linc was outside on the playground and suddenly came in crying. I asked if the swing pinched him and he said, "No, a bug bit me!" I looked down to see big welts on his hand and knee. Poor little guy!

It's here, it's really here! I'm having my baby boy on August 8th. The Dr is inducing me about 5 days early and I cannot wait. Although I'm terrified to deliver again, I know it will all be worth it. I've been nesting the last month trying to get everything ready and I finally got everything on my list done. The final thing was my hair today so now baby your welcome to come any time.
It's been such a fun summer with Lincoln he's just grown up so much the last 6 months! He just cracks me up all day with the stuff he says and does these days but he's also very stubborn but I think he's just a normal 2 year old. I can't wait to see how he is with his new little brother.

So I've noticed linc has taken a liking to baby dolls at the daycares I take him too. He always wants to play with them and push them in their little strollers. So I thought it would be a good idea to get him his own doll to help prepare him for his new baby brother coming! So we went and bought him baby Maggie today and he has been so dang cute he just holds her and feeds her, her bottle and holding her so cute. Then he's like baby take nap so he puts her in his crib with her binky and bottle and her teddy bear with his favorite blanket. It seriously was melting my heart he's going to be such a good big brother. Then like a minute later he's says mom baby is awake and goes to get her. He will not leave her alone ever since we brought her home, its nap time then he takes her out and takes her to the couch and keeps bringing more blankets. And over and over again It's just so sweet.

Up!

Linc loves the movie up right now. He has to watch it everyday more than once. Linc is sure growing up on me he's not a baby any more! It's so fun hearing the funny things he says these days. He's just to cute I love him to death.

I'm driving down the road and linc starts yelling eyes eyes! I'm like what do you want then he's pointing to all the fast food restaurants. So I say fries? And says yes eyes! So I stop and get him some French fries. He is just so dang cute all the things he's says and does. It's so fun to see he's really getting things and putting it all together. He said his first prayer yesterday it was so cute we were all laying in bed and he folded his arms and closed his eyes and was mumbling but we heard dad and mom in there and then he yells amen really loud. And was smiling so big like he was so proud of himself. He really is the sweetest little guy.

3 year anniversary!

Bridger and I have been married for three years! It's crazy how fast it's gone by.  I can honestly say I love him more than ever.  He's such a good husband and dad to Linc.  I truly feel very blessed to have him in my life.
We celebrated our anniversary by playing tennis Saturday afternoon. I've been taking lessons for a year and we've never been able to play with each other because it's so hard with Linc.  My sister Shar is the best.  She watched Lincoln for us for the day and night so we could play tennis and it was so fun.  We couldn't stop, we played forever and sadly Bridge beat me every game! But not by much and his technique is horrible so I win on that- ha ha! After that we went to the Gateway for dinner at Happy Sumo and then a movie. The Hunger Games! I was so excited because I've read all the books and whenever a book you read comes out in a movie it's always a must see for me.  It was really good.  They did such a good job at staying true to the book. Bridger liked it but he didn't know what to expect so he was a little taken off guard!  It is a pretty disturbing story line.  He kept joking to everyone afterward that it was sick but not in the way that a 13 year old boy would describe a new pair of skinny jeans. Ha ha - that's my husband for ya.  Then we went and spent the night at the Hotel Monaco. It was such a cool hotel we'd, never been there but we loved it.  It was just nice to be away for the night to spend some quality time together without distractions of being hime!  That next morning we had breakfast at their fabulous restaurant Bambara for breakfast and it was delish. Then we went and played more tennis!  Bridge is obsessed and wants to play all the time! All in all we had an awesome 3 year anniversary.  I love you bridge thanks for everything.

Valentines Day!

Bridge and I had a great Valentines day! The Boys woke up to a nice little goodie basket! And that morning I ask bridge so do we have plans for tonight and he's says umm I tried to get reservations but I called to late let's celebrate another day. I was so mad
I call him at work and we get in his argument how he Nevers plans ahead and he doesn't make me feel special blah blah I was so mad at him. Then an hour later he texted me saying I tricked you good best friend be ready at five! I was so confused and said your joking and he said I'm really not so that little stinker tricked me and had plans all along! My parents came to visit me during the day and gave my a very sweet card and a box of chocolates. And later that night bridge came home from work with very pretty roses and a box of chocolate covered strawberries my fav! And he even called the babysitter usually I always have to do that. The he took me to Christopher's steak house for dinner it was a very nice night by babe did a good job! Love you babe!
